You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your hair/ashes in our workshop. From this moment, it will take between 7 and 15 days (excluding weekends) for the time of manufacturing and transmission of your creation to shipping.
Time may vary depending on the number of orders, or during holiday periods.
You will receive updates at each key stage of your creation: launch of the production of your jewelry, preparation of the package and shipping with a tracking number.

Delivery is free. It will take an average of 48 to 72 hours on working days for home delivery and 3 to 5 days for delivery to a relay point . For more information, see our T&Cs
