Delivery times vary depending on the nature of the products and the customization requested, and will be specified when ordering.
For the ballot boxes:
If the product is indicated as being in stock, ANGELS COM'PAWNY SAS undertakes to quickly process your order within 24 to 72 hours ( excluding Sundays and public holidays ) excluding customization times requiring an additional 24 to 72 hours.
For jewelry:
If the product is indicated as being in stock, ANGELS COM'PAWNY SAS undertakes to quickly process your order within 7 to 15 days ( excluding Sundays and public holidays ).

- Free shipping on all orders
- Colissimo home delivery: 48 to 72 working hours.

- Why is engraving limited in terms of character?
Depending on the size of the urn you choose, the space available for engraving may be limited. To ensure a clean and elegant engraving, we limit the number of characters. We prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring we offer you a product that meets your expectations.
- What writing style do you use?
We favor clear and distinct writing (Type "Arial").
However, we are happy to accommodate any font preferences you may have. Simply indicate your preference in the "comments" tab when adding the item to your cart. If the font you choose isn't suitable, we'll contact you with other options.
- Where is the engraving done on the urn?
It is performed on the front of the urn, centered. This is the most visible side. If in doubt, we will contact you by email.
- What is the manufacturing time?
We understand that losing a pet is a difficult time, and it's important to receive the urn quickly so it can find its new home. That's why we make every effort to meet your needs within 24 to 72 hours.
Non-personalized urns are shipped within 24 to 48 hours if in stock.
Personalized urns require additional design time in our workshop, which can range from 24 to 72 hours (engraving and shipping included)
- Can I have the urn shipped directly to our crematorium?
The answer is YES : Simply provide the crematorium's address when placing your order. Be sure to include your name and the name registered with the crematorium so they can easily identify your loved one.

Our stainless steel jewelry is not only freshwater resistant, but it is also an excellent choice for everyday wear.
However, like all jewelry, they require daily maintenance:
